About the session

Depending on the objectives of the team event,  we will design a customized program incorporating:

 

  • Easy nervous system reset techniques

  • Invigorating movement practice 

  • Simple breath techniques

  • Guided visualization meditation

  • Educational talk about the mind & nervous system

  • Team synergy and conscious collaboration practice

Length & Location

Typically 3 -4 hours 

 

Custom designed program either at a workplace or on location in a recommended space.

Location ideas can be brainstormed with organizers. Some suggestions; a canal boat ride, beach site, in nature, farmhouse, countryside, studio etc.

During this half-a-day session we go deeper in teaching participants techniques to reduce anxiety, increase centeredness, and promote self-care - with the session aiming to create a healthier and more collaborative work environment.

Engaging in the tailor-made techniques or movement practices together can cultivate empathy, understanding, and a shared commitment to well-being.
