With almost two decades of experience in the yoga, mental health, and movement field, we have worked with individuals and large groups facing a wide range of mental challenges and physical conditions.

 

Coming from high pressure corporate backgrounds ourselves, we understand and relate to the needs and demands of today's fast-paced business environment. Through our tailored programs for regulating the Nervous System, we strive to provide relief and empower individuals and teams to better navigate the stressors of their daily work lives.

Liisa Russmann

Co-Founder

Liisa, hailing from the tech-savvy and forest-rich country of Estonia, brings a varied background to her career. After completing her Business Administration degree, she ventured into the world of Banking in London. However, her path eventually led her to the field of Telecommunications in Sydney, Australia. It was during her time in Sydney that she discovered the transformative power of movement and mindfulness, using these practices to effectively manage the stress and demands of her busy role.

Inspired by her experiences, Liisa decided to pursue a career as a yoga teacher. She now resides in Amsterdam, where she leads dynamic and restorative yoga classes on a weekly basis. Additionally, she co-leads a successful teacher training program, organizes wellness retreats, and offers private sessions and corporate team workshops focused on mindfulness and movement practices.

Liisa finds inspiration in various aspects of life, including nature, art, music, travel, languages, human connections, animals, and movement. Her true passion lies in working with people and discovering effective ways to enhance their physical and mental well-being. With a thorough dedication to her clients, Liisa strives to provide helpful and impactful guidance to improve their overall wellness.

Anne Vida-Ikeda

Co-Founder

Anne was born in Montreal, Canada a vibrant and dynamic city with a multicultural flair. She was born into a multilingual family; speaking English, French, Japanese, Italian and now learning Dutch. Since graduating with Marketing and International Business, she has worked with various organizations as a Seminar and Events Coordinator in various sectors; ranging from the cultural side with the Montreal Symphony Orchestra, to the wellness sector with Parker Seminars of Chiropractic, to the international relations sector with PostureCo.

 

In her busy corporate career, she discovered the benefits of mindfulness and yoga, and how just some simple movement, breath-work and mind calming practices could bring more focus and stress coping skills, as well as peace of mind and understanding.

After 9 years living in Amsterdam, she now lives in Utrecht with her family and teaches both active and more restorative styles of yoga in both cities as well as co-lead successful yoga teacher training courses for the last 7 years. She leads group retreats and guides business teams through mindfulness and yoga sessions in order to bring overall wellness to the worplace and instil a collaborative and calm environment. Anne is inspired by philosophy, art, nature, travel, interpersonal relations, holistic care, meditation and movement.
