Length & Location
Typically 7 - 8 hours

Custom designed program either at a workplace or on location in a recommended space. Location ideas can be brainstormed with organizers. Some suggestions; beach site, countryside, studio etc.

How does this program create impact?
The extended duration of the session allows for a more comprehensive exploration of nervous system regulation techniques & their application in the workplace.
By combining the diverse practices, we create an extensive and immersive experience in learning and practicing techniques to center the mind, promote resilience, enhance creativity, and foster a sense of community and belonging within the group.

Participants will learn a range of techniques and practices, including deep breathing exercises, mindfulness meditation, progressive muscle relaxation, and other self-regulation tools. They will have the opportunity to practice techniques together, share experiences, and develop a sense of camaraderie and support within the team.
